Which Tournament Types Does Slotsoo offer in 2026?
We got a new tournament setup in 2025 and currently we offer the following social tournament alternatives:
- Monthly Tournament – 200€ Prize shared equally between the two monthly tournaments from different providers.
- Weekly Tournament – 50€ Prize (currently paused due to technical issues but we will be back soon)
- Special Tournament – Up to 100€ Prize. Flash tournaments are short and the prize depends on the number of participants
What Are the Tournament Rules? How Do You Win?
The rules vary per tournament, and can be either a fixed balance or a fixed number of spins. It would get boring quickly if it was the exact same setup always.
- Fixed Spins: In fixed spins tournaments you get 100 spins for example (can be less, can be more) and the goal is to win as much as possible with them. Here the win amounts in euro is what matters, and not the multiplier win (so a 5€ win with a 1€ bet is treated the same as a 5€ win with a 10€ bet). If your balance goes to 0€ before you used all your spins then it is game over.
- Fixed Balance: With fixed balance tournaments there is also room to be strategic. You start with a 100€ balance for example and the balance that you have in the end determines your score. Choose the size of your bets and when to stop wisely. You have to make at least 1 spin for the score to change from 0 to your current balance.
Remember to check the rules for the current tournament before you start playing to avoid confusion and disappointments. If the game has bonus buy feature, you are allowed to use it.
There is no limit on how many times you can win in our tournaments.
Can Anyone Participate in Your Social Casino Tournaments?
The Slotsoo tournaments are only available for those that fulfil the following criterias:
- You are 18+ years
- You are based in Europe
Technically, it can be possible for someone living outside Europe to join the tournament. People from other parts of the world will not receive any prizes if they win. They are free to play in our tournaments “just for fun” though (the word schadenfreude exists for a reason..).
Please note that our social tournaments are not available in all EU/EEA countries due to legal reasons, and that this availability also varies between the two providers. If the game doesn’t load when you open a specific tournament then it is not available in your region. Using VPN to change your location is strictly forbidden.
What Prizes Can I Win from Your Free Slot Tournaments?
The winner takes it all in Slotsoo’s tournaments:
- 1st Place: 50€ – 500€ Amazon Gift Card – We send a virtual gift card via email to the person who won the tournament. The value depends on the tournament.
Anyone who hasn’t lived under a rock the last 30 years should be familiar with the e-commerce giant Amazon. We have decided to use this service since it is available all around Europe and you can buy almost anything from it. If no country-specific Amazon domain exist where you live, then we apply the gift card to the Amazon version that is used for your country.
In the future we also want to give out Slotsoo branded merchandise in addition to the above prize. If there is some specific product you would like to see as a prize, please don’t hesitate to contact us. A Slotsoo branded golden cheese slicer, 12 cans of fermented herring, or a basic plastic bucket filled with chocolate coins – we are open to all ideas no matter how crazy.
Example: user X won the May 2026 tournament, next time they will be eligible for the prize is in May 2027.
I Won the Tournament. How Will I Get the Prize?
Congrats! We will write an email to you after you won and you should receive message within 72 hours. This is why you should always use your real email and not a fake one. if we don’t get any response from the winner within 1 month the prize will be cancelled.
If you haven’t heard from us in the above timeframe (and you already checked your spam folder) you can send us a message to info@slotsoo.com from the email you used to participate in the tournament to speed things up. Be patient please, we are a small team and we don’t work 24/7.

The Winners in Our Own Slot Tournaments 2025
2025 was a year of change. We switched from Pragmatic Play tournaments to offering our own tournaments. Slotsoo’s proprietary tournament platform is not tied to a single game provider and we wanted to highlight this fact by offering double tournaments thorough the year. This resulted in two tournaments a month, except for in December when we did four in total, thanks to our special Christmas slot tournaments.

The Winners in Our Pragmatic Play Social Tournaments 2024-2025
- July Tournament (Big Bass Floats My Boat) User “Pikapika” won a 500€ Gift Card to Amazon in our first ever slot tournament. They scored a total win of 19,650 points with the 50 spins. Impressive!
- August Tournament (The Dog House Dog or Alive) This month the user “Cali36Khali” was like Mondo during the Olympics (Swedish pole vaulter). Nobody else even came close to beating their multiplier win of 115.05x with their 100 spins.
- September Tournament (Sugar Rush 1000) The winner in our third tournament was “Mikko67”. This user scored 45,895 points with their 200 free spins, which is quite the jump from the second best player “Basturk09” who got 23,445 points.
- October Tournament (Big Bass Halloween) In this tournament “Dziub782” managed to get a 240,50x win, which was the highest multiplier achieved and thus they secured the 500€ gift card prize.

What Games Do You Offer in These Slots Tournaments?
In our social tournaments you will find games from multiple providers. Currently, we are working with the following studios:

General troubleshooting tips
Most issues are fixed by refreshing the page. If this doesn’t help, please try incognito mode or another internet browser/device. You can also try to write ?randomletters after the url to force clear the cache, example: https://slotsoo.com/social-tournaments/?hi
I cannot login to my account
If you registered the account before May 2025 you need to create a new account because we have switched to another system for our tournaments. If another scenario, please try the general troubleshooting tips above. (And if those don’t help, then you can try resetting the password).
I got an error message when playing
You probably ran out of balance / spins, or then the tournament ended while you were playing. Refreshing the page should fix this issue. (For Eurasian tournaments there is a known bug where you will get the disconnect error message if your total bet equals your remaining balance).
The game froze and none of the buttons work
It could be that you have an unstable internet connection. Try switching from mobile data to wifi. Sometimes it is just some other technical issue outside your and our control and then the only thing left to do is to be patient and wait and try again a bit later.
The game is not loading at all
Most likely you live in a restricted country, sorry. We use two different providers for our slot tournaments, so hopefully we have another active tournament that you can participate in.
The score/leaderboard doesn’t update
The tournament backend system might have a slight delay in updating the scores on the frontend. Thanks for your understanding. The winner will be whoever is in first place according to the backend when the tournament ends.
I don’t understand how the scoring works
